Brian came to Incentive Concepts in 2004. In his time with IC he has served in several capacities, including Senior VP of Business Development. Currently, Brian is spearheading industry relations, sales, marketing and events. When he’s not playing chauffeur for his son you might find him playing hockey, soccer or golf. Brian has a life-long passion for horse racing and is the owner of champion thoroughbreds. Brian earned his degree at the University of Missouri. He is a passionate supporter of Window World Cares and assists in planning their annual Trivia Night to benefit St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
As the Director of Event Experiences by Incentive Concepts, Lauren manages the ins-and-outs of all events. With her background in communications, she has the skills to communicate with colleagues, staff, and clients. Lauren thrives on the unique challenges presented by each event. She earned her Bachelors and Masters in Communication Studies at Lindenwood University. Lauren and her husband Justin have three dogs and enjoy experiencing life whether it be traveling to Europe, sipping wine with friends, or attending a concert. She and Justin volunteer with Voices for Children as advocates for children in the foster system.
